As I watch the movie Pirates of the Silicon Valley, I must say that the movie is one of the best and good example of technopreneurship, because they develop and invent technologies as years pass by.
“Technopreneurship is not a product but a process of synthesis in engineering the future of a person, an organization, a nation and the world. Strategic directions or decision-making processes are becoming more demanding and complex.

12 rules to success of Steve Jobs


1. Do what you love to do. Find your true passion. Do what you love to do and make
difference! The only way to do great work is to love what you love to do

Do your best. Do your best at every job. No sleep! Success generates more success. So be hungry for it. Hire good people with passion for excellence.

3. Make SWOT analysis. As soon as you join/start a company, make a list of strengths and weaknesses of yourself and your company on a piece of paper.
Don't hesitate in throwing bad apples out of the company.

4. be entrepreneurial. Look for the next big thing. Find a set of ideas that need to be quickly and decisively acted upon and jump through that window.
Sometimes the first step is the hardest one. Just take it! Have the courage to follow your heart and intuition.

6. Start small, think big. Don't worry about too many things at once. Take a handful of simple things to begin with, and then progress to more complex
ones. Think about not just tomorrow, but the future. "I want to put a ding in the universe,” reveal Steve Jobs his dream.

7. Strive to become a market leader. Own and control the primary technology in everything s a better technology available, use it no matter if anyone else
is not using it. Be the first, and make it an industry standard.

8. Focus on the outcome. People judge you by your performance, so focus on the outcome. Be a yardstick of quality. Some people aren't used to an
environment where excellence is expected. Advertise. If they don't know it, they won't buy your product. Pay attention to design. "We made the buttons
on the screen look so good you'll want to lick them." "Design is not just what it looks like and feels like. Design is how it works."

9. Ask for feedback. Ask for feedback from people with diverse backgrounds. Each one will tell you one useful thing. If you're at the top of the chain,
sometimes people won't give you honest feedback because they're afraid. In this case, disguise yourself, or get feedback from other sources. Focus on
those who will use your product – listen to your customers first.

10. Innovate. Innovation distinguishes a leader from a follower. Delegate, let other top executives do 50% of your routine work to be able to spend 50%
your time on the new stuff. Say no to 1,000 things to make sure you don't get on the wrong track or try to do too much. Concentrate on really important
creations and radical innovation. Hire people who want to make the best things in the world. You need a very product-oriented culture, even in a
technology company. Lots of companies have tons of great engineers and smart people. But ultimately, there needs to be some gravitational force that
pulls it all together.

11. Learn from failures. Sometimes when you innovate, you make mistakes. It is best to admit them quickly, and get on with improving your other
innovations.

12. Learn continually. There's always "one more thing" to learn! Cross-pollinate ideas with others both within and outside your company. Learn from
customers, competitors and partners. If you partner with someone whom you don't like, learn to like them – praise them and benefit from them. Learn to
criticize your enemies openly, but honestly.

In the world of business, especially in merging entrepreneur skills and technology prowess or we can also call “technopreneurship” is not that easy, because in this kind of industry or business you can’t always assure you’re self and business that you’re always on the top and always the finest because there are also other who are eager for success in that kind of industry.

In the case of Steven Paul Jobs or Steve Jobs who is an American business magnate, inventor and a co founder of Apple Company. The factors that he contributed for his success and for the success of Apple Company is his brainpower who have make them realize to invent and develop technologies like computers for the better of the world with his friend Steve Wozniak who is also a co founder of the Apple Company and who is the main inventor of the technology they produces. With the help also of his friends to invent is also one factor the leads to his success because they’re supporting each other’s inventions. His confidence is also one of the factors to his success because he is not ashamed of introducing their invention, talking to many people that made their company renowned and let their inventions like computers recognized to the whole world. Steve Jobs is type of person who wants to be the employer and not to be an employee because he wants to be the boss of his own company, and he made it and it is the start of their own company with Steve Wozniak and that is the Apple company which is one of the most famous company in the world. Apple I is the first computer that Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak invent, then it start the real success of Steve Jobs because of the public demands. After the development of Apple I, Steve Jobs is continually developing more computers which can compete with others and let them be number one of the best company.

But when Steve Jobs reach his dreams, become rich, and already have his own Company, Steve Jobs gradually changing and becomes violent to others especially when he has personal problem or not in the mood. Even the job of his employees which is still in process, he destroys and sometimes he yells to them when his angry and when the project is not yet finish.

When day pass by, Steve totally change, he just wear shorts and shirts when his in work. Then when someone apply for work, he don’t accept it and let them feel that their not worthy and deserving to be in the company because Steve didn’t just let anyone be accepted that might be from the IBM. So Steve Wozniak decided to quit and left Steve Jobs in the company because Wozniak can’t longer take Steve’s action and for being violent to his employees. And Steve Wozniak also leave the apple company for a reason that the supervision of Steve Jobs changes and he can’t understand it.

So when Bill Gates visits Steve Jobs to his company try to steal the Macintosh computer of the Apple Company and didn’t succeed. Bill Gates is so desperate to have the Macintosh to improve it and make it their own invention so he try and try to negotiate and cheat Steve Jobs. So they talk to Steve Jobs and try to convince him to let them work for the Apple Company and not knowing that they just after for the Macintosh computer. They also try to convince him that they are a big help to Apple in developing computers with their expertise. In the first attempt, Bill Gates did not convince Steve Jobs with their proposal. But when they talk again, Bill Gates convince and get the approval of Steve Jobs to work for the Apple Company, so Steve Jobs delivered them three units of Macintosh computers. Steve Jobs is so moron that he believes that Bill Gates really wants to work for the Apple Company, interested to help him, and Bill Gates is not part of the IBM anymore which is a big mistake. And after letting Jobs have Bill a unit of Macintosh, Steve doesn’t have any idea that bill is developing and upgrading his Macintosh which they call “Windows” which has more applications than the Macintosh that Apple made. So when Steve jobs heard a rumor about bill gates developing a project named Windows. Steve jobs still believe in bill gates that windows are just nothing and their not trying to steal from Steve. But Steve’s employee proves that bill gates is just stealing resources from the Apple and it’s true that the project of Bill Gates is real and it’s from the Macintosh computer that are just been upgrade. And because of that mistake bill gates are now richer than Steve jobs.

Steve has been fired by the president he appointed from Apple Company because of eliminating the apple team and changes it to Macintosh team which he made when Macintosh is still in the development. But Steve have been back to the Apple and become the president and chief executive officer of the Apple. And the Microsoft company which founded by Bill Gates owns some shares from Apple.
